Dehydrating Celery.

 

In my quest to make single-serving soups as simple to prepare as possible (see my earlier post at https://geisha666blog.wordpress.com/2012/05/13/no-more-canned-soup/), I decided to dehydrate celery.  Couldn’t be easier.  Slice celery thinly, put in food dehydrator, take out when dry.  No need to blanch or prepare celery in any way before dehydrating.  I think mine was done in about six hours.
