Dehydrated Onions.

I spotted a mixed bag of almost-past-their-prime onions on the bargain table at the market for 50 cents this weekend.  Perfect fodder for the dehydrator!  I sliced them up thinly and into small pieces (yes, lots of tears, ow).  Then into the dehydrator IN THE GARAGE (definitely not in the house, learned my lesson last time with the garlic).  Let them dry for approximately nine hours until they were dry and flaky, just starting to turn a little brown.
